I am trying very hard. I do Zumba, Yoga, and other workouts. I am trying to eat better. I drink tons of water...what else??

increase your eating frequency from 2-3x a day to 5 or 6 small meals. Allow yourself one treat a day to keep you from falling off the band wagon. I also would turn the water to cold just before getting out of the shower to help boost my metabolism. All in all I went from 267-185 in about 5 months. I have gained back a few pounds since I stopped working out as much. so keep it up. Good work. BTW lifting weights along with cardio really helps tone and increase calorie usage. Don't do light weights. Superset doing fewer reps.

What I did is track my calories so I had 1300 a day. I lost weight pretty well. (:
