one of my friends has has lost 70 lbs in 6 months after she quit drinking and started swimming everyday... it's not really exercise for her since she enjoys it. my sister lost 100 lbs after she finished college by doing weight watchers and running... but she gained it all back. she has always been a really bad emotional eater.
