Hi guys... i want to loss weight and ii have started exercising and stuff but i need help planning a diet menu...can anyone set a proper healthy diet menu for me.....plzzz thx guys

Everything points to vegetables and fruit. They contain a lot of water and fibre as well as vitamins and minerals. They are perfect. Of course add some meat and fish and milk but perhaps not as much as you are currently eating.

1. Have at least 8 glasses of water per day. Remember, if you start to feel thirsty then you're already dehydrating. Also, you may confuse thirst for hunger and therefore eat when you don't need to. 2. Make sure you eat breakfast. If you're not exercising first thing in the morning to get your metabolism up, then eating breakfast will 'start your motor running. eg..30gms of low fat cereal, serve of fruit, serve of yoghurt eg..2x scrambled eggs, 2 slices whole grain bread, some cooked mushrooms eg..small tin of baked beans, slice of whole grain bread, serve of fruit eg..fruit smoothie, serve of yoghurt eg..low fat bacon, 1x fried egg, slice of wholegrain bread. 3. Snacks should be fruit, low fat crackers, vegetable sticks etc. Snack between breakfast-lunch and lunch-dinner 4. Lunch eg..salad with tuna fish in spring water or low fat ham with low fat dressing and serve of fruit OR low fat soup with 2 slices whole grain bread and serve of fruit OR 2 slices whole grain bread with salad filling and fruit OR small pasta salad....etc 5. Dinner eg..one serving of carbs (if mashing potato use ricotta cheese and vegetable stock instead of milk and butter); portion of meat, vegetables and/or salad, serve of fruit. etc 6. Ideally your meals will be small healthy portions. Reduce your sugar, fat and carb intake - but don;t cut it out completely. If you're anything like me and LOVE sugar, fat and carbs (I love potatoes and bread) then cutting these things out completely will have you doomed to failure. 7. Healthy eating is a lifestyle choice. I'm with Garfield when he says "The person who invented the word DIET was a sadist..DIET is simple DIE with a T on the end" -- and he's right! lol Eating right is about having the things you love but eating them AS PART of your healthy diet NOT in addition to. 8. The most important aspect of losing weight is eating right, not exercise. Whilst exercise is important to our overall health, if you watch what you eat alone, you WILL lose weight. If you exercise but still dont' manage your sugar, fat and portion sizes you will not lose weight. Good luck.
