i hate my tummy 5 1/2 month post partum and 2 months pregnant?
I gained almost 70 pounds with my first baby. Before I was pregnant with him I weighed somewhere between 145 and 150 pounds. At delivery, I weighed 216. Now my son is ten months old and I am 9 weeks pregnant again. Before pregnancy I weighed 190-196. At about 4 weeks I weighed 185. At 6-7 weeks I weighed 183, and as of today I weigh 182.5. Is this safe weight loss since it's slowing down? I will stop losing weight eventually, right? And what can I do to prevent gaining another 70 pounds? (Besides the obvious - I was pigging out with my first son, mostly healthy food, but I had a big sour-rope candy addiction.)
i can say from experience... that i too done the same... my first son i weighed 193 after i had him.. i got pregnant when he was only 3 months old... when i first got pregnant i weighed 190 and for some reason i continued to lose weight... i'm now 38 weeks and i've just came up to 195 but the doc says the baby is growing fine and everything is normal.. and i have known of other women to lose weight in pregnancy... just continue to take ur vitamins and eat healthy and if u get too concerned ur doctor can offer some great advice... good luck and congrats!!
I lost 28 pounds in 6 weeks while I was pregnant with my son, but after about the third month I started gaining it all back. As long as you are eating healthy and drinking water, you and the baby should be fine.
I lost about 15 lbs early in my second pregnancy because I was just sick, nothing sounded good, but about month 4 I leveled out & started to gain back & ended up my pre-pregnancy weight at delivery. He was a healthy 8lb 5 ozer! Congratulations & good luck!
Weight loss is fairly common in early pregnancy afaik, because of all the nausea and vomiting. Considering your weight, I think you should be fine. Eat lots of apples and vegetables and such and drink lots of water. Some healthy foods still have a lot of calories. Mangos for example have so much more calories than apples, so I wouldn't just say "eat fruits" but rather "eat low calorie fruits". That said, what I've found is that if I try to put myself on a "diet" with forbidden foods or limited intakes or such I often just end up really wanting to eat those foods and seriously overeating them if I get started, whereas now that I allow myself to eat anything that's kinda stopped being an issue. Now I can sit down with ice cream and eat just a full spoonfuls because I know I'm allowed to have more whenever I want, whereas in the past I'd often end up eating the entire container (half a gallon...). Go for a (brisk) one (or two) hour walk or bike ride five times a week. Walking supposedly makes labor easier later on, which would be an added plus. If you're already fairly fit you could do a bit more strenuous exercise, but just walking will be good enough. Also, are you under a lot of stress or such? Stress can make people overeat, so try to do something about that.
| It is important to grow thin gradually, and пошагово to enter into the life those or other restrictions in products. Here the main thing to understand the general principle of how it is arranged and our organism functions, to have patience and understand that extreme growing thin in what good will not result, and is better growing thin without diets. You will grow thin let though and slowly but surely. |
